Description of the Phuket Vacation Home rental

This modern house is ideally located near Naiyang Beach, not far from Phuket International Airport. 
Our house is located  in a pleasant neighborhood with security, and includes pool and gym. Within a couple minutes walk or drive are car and motorbike rentals, convenience shops such a 7-11, massage, spas, restaurants, etc. The house is 2 story, with upstairs great for the kids, can sleep up to 4.

Downstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed with attached bath which includes double sinks, granite counter tops, and a double shower.  Guest room has a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. There is also a guest bath with shower. The modern Euro standard kitchen includes microwave, stove, double sink, full size fridge, coffee maker, teapots, dishware, etc. Nice dining area with an outdoor waterfall for romantic dining.

The living room has entertainment area with 42" LCD TV, DVD, and sound system. The house has satellite TV, all the major channels you are familiar (HBO, Star, Cinemax, History, Nat Geo, Discovery,etc., and also wired for high speed internet. Just bring a laptop.

Carport area has ping pong and darts with nice BBQ area in garden.  Backyard has a built-in bar and entertainment area, good for watching sunsets with cocktails.

Our house is in a small neighborhood of mixed Europeans, Americans, and Thai. Very friendly with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Daily maid service is included, plus new front load washer to keep clothes clean, or send out. A local outdoor market is nearby to provide you with fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and seafood. What we offer is a nice house in a pleasant trouble free neighborhood. Vacation the way you want in Paradise at a modest price with great service!

Sirinath National Marine Park is our local beach, beautiful for swimming, picnicking, or relaxing in a park that protects Leatherback Turtles only a few minutes from house and very natural.  Next to Sirinath is NaiYang with lots of restaurant and clubs, great beachfront dining and partying.

Golf:There are many high quality golf courses in Phuket, with the best being Blue Canyon, within 10 minutes of house. Blue Canyon has 36 holes, and almost as close is Mission Hills, also 36 holes. Golfing does require caddy.

Other Activities: Ocean activities, such a snorkeling, scuba, boating, beaches, etc all very close. Bicycling, motorbiking and walking also lots of fun and safe.
